How To Order...
By Phone
You can call me at 602-295-0197 and order the books you want. When we talk I can answer any questions you might have about the books you are interested in. That’s when you can also ask me to e-mail photos or video of the books to you. You can also give me your credit card number for purchase.
By E-mail
You can e-mail me: david@dimensionbooks.com with your order or with any questions you might have. Please don’t e-mail me a credit card number yet – until I have made sure we have secure order protocols. If you leave me your phone number, I’ll return the call to get your credit card information.
In Person
If you live in the metropolitan Phoenix area (or anywhere remotely close), we can arrange to meet at the store so you can peruse the collection.
Method of Payment
I accept all major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover. However, I’m not able to accept either Texaco or Home Depot cards. Checks are also welcome.
Shipping
Shipping charges are $6.00 for the first book and $1.00 for each additional book mailed to the same address. This is for media mail. If you want expedited delivery, the cost will be $6.00 plus actual mailing charges (Fedex or USPS Priority). I will be glad to personally deliver your books for the actual cost of air, hotel, and expenses. This is a preferred method if you live, for instance, in St. Croix, Madrid or Miami.
Return Policy
It is my intention that the books you buy are in the best possible condition. If for any reason what you receive does not meet your expectation you may return the book and I will fully refund your purchase price including all shipping costs. Please do not return a different book than the actual one I sent you. Don’t laugh. I’ve been burned in the past by an unscrupulous buyer who said the book he bought wasn’t as I describe it and then tried to return a different copy of lesser quality than what I had originally mailed to him.

Please note that if you are interested, I’m willing to sell the entire collection to a single buyer. I’m quite willing to negotiate a price and arrange for shipping of all 2,500 (plus!) books. Sure, I have a price in mind for the total collection – and it’s really reasonable. I’d even throw in all the shelves.
